This small apartment complex is personally run by the Hayes family who have been operating in Es Cana since 1965. The apartments are situated in the centre of Es Cana and yet in a quiet spot. A small beach with rock pools is adjacent to the apartments and the main Es Cana beach is near by.

In the case of cancellation of the booking, cancellation charges are as follows:
5% of the amount of the deposit when the cancellation is made more thatn thirty days before the date fixed for occupying the accommodation.
50% of the amount of the deposit when it is made fewer than thirty days but more than seven days in advance.
100% of the amount of the deposit when it is made seven days in advance or fewer.
